Resizing .gif Files.
*Never open up a gif file and resize it in Photoshop. ALWAYS take a screenshot, paste into a new document and then resize.

1. File - Import - Video frames to layers.
2. Enter * then click on load (You should see your gif file)
3. Open your file. *This will not do a perfect job. But its the best solution out there, unless you have the good old Image Ready CS2.
